Return and Warranty Policy
In order to ensure all customers are satisfied with the Fitueyes shopping experience, we provide some professional shopping guides and other considerate services. Should a product not fit, we have set up a clear return procedure to make it easier for customers to return it.
30-day risk-free return guarantee
If you received a defective, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately to make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange, please email us with your order number, contact information, reason for return, and photos of the damage or defects (if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging material until your claim is resolved. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Do I have to pay for shipping?
1. Returns with product quality problems: In this case we offer free delivery. We will create a free return label and return your order to the sender's address.
2. Returns without product quality problems: Customers are responsible for the original shipping cost or 10 euros and all the cost of returning due to non-quality reason.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We will arrange the refund for you once we have received the returned item and confirmed it is complete and correct.
Hassle-free exchange ready when in stock. You can exchange your items within 24 hours of placing your order and before your package ships. If your package has been dispatched, we will not accept your request for a replacement, but you can refuse the package after it has arrived. Please note that in this case you will be charged for the return costs.
To cancel a pending order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose packages have already been processed cannot be cancelled. You can refuse a package once it has arrived. Please remember that in this case you will be charged for the cost of returning the goods.
General information for all returns:
1. You can return any item within 30 days of receipt.
2. All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as originally received.
3. We provide a prepaid return label for returns with quality and delivery issues (no additional return shipping fee), but return shipping cost will be charged for non-quality issues.

5. All returned items must be unassembled and packed in the original packaging for protection. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; You are responsible for submitting a shipping claim. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure the returned packages. A refund is not possible if the returned product is damaged.

Only consumers who purchase Fitueyes products from authorized Fitueyes retailers or resellers can benefit from our limited warranty.
What happens if my product is faulty?
Fitueyes offers free replacement of the defective parts of our products if the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material. If we are unable to supply a replacement product or if the repair is impractical or cannot be completed in a timely manner. In this case, Fitueyes has the option of refunding the purchase price upon return of the product.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for a replacement product?
In the rare event that your Fitueyes product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item free of charge.
What is covered?
We offer a 10-year risk-free guarantee on all Fitueyes TV stands.
What is not covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover problems caused by:
1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
2. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, accident, or alteration.
3. Accessories, related materials and products or related products not manufactured by Fitueyes.
4. The conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the intended use of the product.
Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with labels removed, damaged, or tampered with, or with any modifications (including removal of components or exterior covers).
